We also offer a selection of homemade yuba products available for purchase at our store. These include our refrigerated "Kumiage Yuba," known for its smooth and delicate texture, as well as refrigerated "Hikiage Yuba," which is convenient for preparing meals at home. Refrigerated products must be kept chilled and have a recommended shelf life of approximately three days, including the date of purchase. Even during winter, products may deteriorate if left for extended periods in heated vehicles. For guests who plan to carry their purchases for a long time, we also recommend purchasing from the Isetan Department Store at Kyoto Station for added convenience and peace of mind.
